I just went in for an oil change but I have no complaints and the guys were great.

Always very friendly and welcoming and professional and honest, every mechanic that I have dealt with here. Usually Ricky or Joey and they are awesome. They have helped me with multiple repairs to my car and every 5th oil change is free which is a very nice way to show appreciation for customers. They are very helpful and pleasant to deal with whenever I have had issues with my car.

Pinnacle has serviced my car for a few years now, they have taken care of my Infiniti from the engine replacement to the recent brake replacement couldn’t e happier with these guys!

I chose Pinnacle Automotive based on strong local recommendations. My daughter lives in the area, and her mother and I were visiting from out of state. Like many working in the restaurant industry, it’s been difficult for her to stay on top of vehicle maintenance, so I stepped in to help. After doing my homework and reading through reviews, I trusted the reputation Pinnacle had built, and they delivered. They provided a clear, prioritized list of repairs with fair pricing. I have experience with auto repairs myself, and everything they recommended made sense. There was no unnecessary work, just honest, and practical guidance. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Approvals were handled online, which made everything simple and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Automotive for their professionalism, quality of work, and fair approach. Most importantly, I feel confident my daughter now has a shop she can trust.

Friendly staff and I appreciated the updates on my services needed. I do wish I had known ahead of time that there would be a 120 fee to use my debit card and I would have paid cash.

Great professionalism

Stopped in for an oil change and check up on my vehicle. The awesome team found a belt that was nearly frayed away and fixed it super fast. Could’ve been very dangerous if I hadn’t made this appointment. 😬 Everyone I encountered was super friendly and kind and I was so glad I found Pinnacle!

I love supporting “mom and pop” shops. This place always offers great service at more reasonable prices!
